9. Returns/ Refunds & Order Cancellation
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order at any time, without liability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Once a refund has been approved or issued, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method, depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
