We dispatch all domestic orders through Australia Post.
Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $120 AUD
Flat rate standard shipping of $10 AUD for orders under $120 AUD
Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, we will endeavour to dispatch your order as promptly as possible.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that during periods of high demand, including promotional or sale events, processing times may be extended.
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
Australia: approximately 3-5 business days from dispatch

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You may be required to return the product for assessment. All returned products will be reviewed by our quality control team upon receipt.

The resolution provided will be determined based on the nature of the issue.
Where a refund is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
